Location: REMOTE (until converted to FTE then becomes Hybrid and must come into Client
Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire or extend up to 1 year until converted
Candidates must reside and be within 50 miles of a Client Location.
- This is a hybrid position that requires some on-site office visits after conversion.
- Standard Schedule Core Work Hours are 8-5 EST Monday – Friday, weekends limited.
- Candidate located in EST or CST time zone is preferred.
- Must have worked in U.S for 3 years during past 5 Years and able to obtain U.S. Federal Trust Clearance.
Highlight 3-5 Must Have Skill Set
- 5+ years Industry Experience.
- Must have BA or BS Degree.
- Must have deep experience with Deltak Costpoint software.
- Must have experience administering Deltak Costpoint software. Client currently running on Costpoint 8.2.
- Must have past experience integrating Costpoint with Amazon RDS and experience with Costpoint scalability.
- Must have experience customizing and configuring Costpoint payment modules (A/R, A/P).
- Must have Agile/ SAFe experience.
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid experience a plus – not mandatory
- Client more interested in candidates experience aligning with the need.
- Familiar with AWS Cloud is a plus – not mandatory.
- Required skill sets, experiences, or methodologies (technical or otherwise):
- Develop, Configure, manage, and customize Deltek Costpoint's Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts for automating AP and AR workflows.
- Automate recurring AP/AR tasks; design and maintain database schemas, coordinate with DBAs to ensure integration and performance meets business needs.
- Streamline and optimize AP/AR processes.
- Provide technical support to users as needed.
- Manage user accounts, assign roles and permissions to ensure segregation of duties, apply system patches as needed.
- Work closely with finance team members to understand business requirements for payments and translate them into technical solutions.
Candidates must live within 50 miles of a client location it will be fully remote until/if they are converted to FTE, at which time they will be subject to our current hybrid policy at that time.
