About the role
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for the demand and lead generation campaigns and channels for assigned markets/teams/solutions with a focus on crafting and executing multi-channel marketing programs, and then tracking and reporting on the results of the programs. The objective is to generate needed volume and quality of leads, opportunities and pipeline for a portion of our Corporate Impact business unit.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute best-in-class demand programs to the Financial Services Industry showcasing EVERFI's expertise in delivering impactful financial education to K12 students.
- Develop marketing programs to generate demand and manage pipeline opportunities in support of direct sales channel(s)
- Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured programs, and then execute and report on these programs and their success against target objectives
- Research, develop, produce and present comprehensive demand generation plans for short and long-term profitable growth
- Strategically utilize marketing tactics in a combined and integrated manner -- including email, webinars, calling campaign strategy, live and/or virtual events, social media, search engine marketing, account-based marketing, creating call and email scripts for sales and more
- Develop the campaigns, execution steps, content requirements, reporting templates, and supporting systems management
- Monitor and assess reach, engagement, market penetration, and product positioning to develop or adjust demand generation plans to drive new pipeline
- Stay abreast of market trends through all available resources including trade publications, 3rd party market reports, direct customer contact, and participation in industry conferences/expos/tradeshows for the Financial Services Industry
- Collaborate effectively with a wide range of peers and stakeholders
- Actively solicit inputs from key stakeholders regarding demand generation campaign plan requirements for pipeline development
- Manage the sales and marketing lead process and productivity initiatives, with familiarity into the supporting systems, including DemandBase, Marketo, SalesLoft and Salesforce
- Provide strategy, planning, organization, collateral creation for external events including trade shows, conferences, and sales seminars
- Support overall company branding and awareness as part of the overall marketing initiatives and lead gen programs.
- Communicate and collaborate with all levels of management, other demand marketers, product and content marketers, sales leaders, and external resources such as creative agencies
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of demand generation marketing, marketing communications, product marketing or channel marketing experience preferably within SaaS space
- Ideal candidate has experience in marketing to Financial Institutions (Retail Banks, Investment Management companies, etc.)
- Go-to-market development plan capabilities – including successful launch planning positioning and execution
- Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios
- Experience with marketing automation systems (DemandBased, Marketo preferred), familiarity with sales-stage nurture tactics, buyer personas and lead scoring
- Experience with customer relationship management tool (Salesforce preferred)
- Creative thinking capabilities; Interest/desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong project management, budget management and financial skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority and build partnerships within the organization
- Exceptional communication skills. Consistent cross-functional and/or cross-team work is required
- Experience in digital marketing tactics highly preferred

The starting base pay is $67,400.00 to $90,700.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
