Reporting to the Demand Gen Manager, you will leverage marketing automation tools and platforms to support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement efforts. This is a hands-on role where you will execute campaigns, contribute to reporting, and recommend optimizations with guidance from your manager. You will also begin to develop an understanding of how your work aligns with broader client goals and marketing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing and Sales Automation Support:
Assist in the implementation and management of marketing and sales automation campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketo. Execute day-to-day tasks such as building workflows, creating contact lists, setting up email campaigns, and managing sales cadences. Collaborate on email marketing initiatives, including segmentation, content implementation, and A/B testing. Support data management efforts to maintain CRM/database health, ensuring accuracy for targeting and reporting.Campaign Execution: Build and deploy email marketing campaigns, including writing and editing email templates, scheduling campaigns, and ensuring delivery accuracy. Assist in developing email marketing strategies that drive leads further down the marketing funnel and ultimately contribute to more deals and sales for both B2B and B2C clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing channels and overall client goals.Analytics and Optimization: Contribute to campaign performance analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize engagement, conversions, and effectiveness. Provide recommendations for campaign adjustments with oversight from the Demand Gen Manager.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Demand Gen Manager and account teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and timelines. Effectively communicate with copy team and design team to implement email requests in a timely manner. Communicate progress and insights regularly to internal stakeholders.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing automation, sales enablement, or related areas. Hands-on experience with platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, or Marketo. Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices, lead generation, and workflow automation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CRM systems is a plus.Why Matter?
