**TOTAL COMPENSATION**

$32,640 - $59,508 ****Essential Duties and Responsibilities****

* Cleaning and preparing a job site including the removal of debris, garbage and trees

* Loading and unloading building materials.

* Able to operate a variety of tools and machines such as blowtorches, jackhammers, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.

* Can care for tools used on demolition sites and and keep them in safe and clean working order.

* Is able to safely operate equipment and vehicles.

* Can understand and carry out instructions, maintain records and maintain positive working relationships.

* Can perform any other routine duties associated with the job.

****QUALIFICATIONS****

* General knowledge of demo safety

* Able to safely perform physical and manual work such as digging, shoveling, and operating power tools.

* Must have a good safety history and a willingness to engage and contribute to ongoing safe work practices including the use or PPE.

* Must be dependable and reliable with a good attendance record.

* Ability to follow direction and work within parameters established by Management and Supervision.

* Must be able to effectively communicate with supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.

*****EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:*****Required : High School diploma or GED and willing to learn the technologies associated with our industry.

****SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:****This job has little to no supervisor duties. ****PHYSICAL DEMANDS****

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Push, pull, and lift items 25 to 50 pounds. ****WORK ENVIRONMENT:****Outside work exposed to variant weather conditions (hot, rain, snow) and muddy ground conditions.
