DEMO CENTER, QUALITY INSPECTORCome join a fantastic team and play a pivotal role in managing our central demo inventory! As a key player in our operations, you will ensure the seamless and efficient processing of loan fulfillments and returns, adhering to our procedural guidelines. You will also collaborate closely with the Leica North America Demo Center Supervisor to spearhead exciting improvement projects, driving enhanced performance and optimization of our demo inventory levels. - Manage Data Accuracy and Quality Inspections: Oversee DMS Kit Master Data, develop ISO Work Instructions, and coordinate quality inspectionsa to ensure precise maintenance and timely availability of demo modules.
- Microscope Support and Repairs: Inspect, assemble, and troubleshoot microscopes, provide support and maintenance, and coordinate necessary repairs with the Service Department.
- Demo Module Coordination: Manage DMS Picking Lists, kit assignments, return processing, and manual coordination of demo module transfers to maintain accurate inventory and ensure loan completion.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years in the quality inspection field especially for organizations with continuous improvement mindset
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's is preferred
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb
