As a Dental Associate, your role will involve:

  • Participating in community activities that enhance our company's positive image.
  • Conducting morning huddles to plan the day and recognize team efforts in customer focus and collaboration.
  • Enjoying the opportunity to work with children, who represent 70% of our patient base.

We provide a supportive work environment equipped with:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital X-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A supportive ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A diverse patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients
  • Efficient office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Requirements:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry
  • Current certifications such as CPR and DEA
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults alike
