We are looking for a Dental Associate to join our expanding team. Help us provide outstanding dental care to individuals in our communities and contribute to creating joyful experiences for both children and adults. Responsibilities:
You will provide comprehensive dental services to patients with the support of our dedicated team. Our practice offers:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- An annual training program covering OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
- A supportive ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
- A diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients
- Average office flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors
This position offers growth through mentorship and collaboration.

- A guaranteed base salary exceeding $200,000 with unlimited earning potential
- A daily guaranteed rate of $800
- A sign-on bonus of $50,000

Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation accredited program
- Current, valid dental license to practice in applicable states, or eligibility for licensure
- Additional certifications as required (e.g., CPR, DEA)
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in specific states)
