We are a multispecialty dental practice seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to support our team in delivering exceptional care in orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate and review treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures, financials, and insurance benefits.
• Schedule patients effectively based on a structured template and coordinate with the dental team to optimize workflow.
• Bill and process dental claims accurately and follow up on patient and insurance aging reports.
• Enter patient payment transactions.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator, ideally in a multispecialty dental practice.
• Strong knowledge of HMO and PPO insurance plans and dental billing practices.
• Proficiency in dental software and a chartless office environment (e.g., Open Dental, Orthotrac, or similar).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients and foster trust.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, committed to full-time work, and consistent in work attendance.
