General Dentist!

Join our exceptional clinical team within our Rural Integrated Health Center in Western Indiana. This position involves delivering quality-focused Oral Health care services to the rural underserved. As an Oral Health provider at our organization, you will work closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, behavioral health clinicians, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

The mission of our Integrated Health Center is to provide comprehensive and integrated health care for all individuals and families while promoting health education opportunities for the community, students, and health care professionals.

Our services are focused with culturally competent, high-quality oral, primary, and behavioral healthcare to the medically vulnerable population.

We offer strong compensation and robust benefit packages:

Compensation: $170,000 to $190,000+ DOE

Sign-On and Relocation Incentive:Available for well-qualified providers!

NHSC Student Loan Qualified:Qualifying HPSA score = Available for dental providers

Schedule:4- or 5-days x 8 hours

Operational hours:7:30 am to 5:30 pm

Requirements:

·Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree

·Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of Indiana

·Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate

Preferred Requirements:

·Local knowledge and connections to community health care and social resources are desirable.

·Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.
