Job Overview We have an opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Surgical Services Department. Responsibilities Duties: Demonstrates good communication skills. Accurately transcribes and relays messages to medical and nursing staff. Proficient in data entry and wordprocessing. Accurately reconciles OR charges and submits new items to Supply Chain to be built. Maintains and assists in data collection within Surgical Services. Compiles special and monthly reports. Works with Supply Chain to provide supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures.
