Department Manager - McDonald's : Job Details

Murphy Family Restaurants is a family-owned franchisee for over 30 McDonald's across Southeast Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. We are looking for dynamic Department Managers to join our growing team! Department Managers lead shifts and directly support the General Manager with internal functions to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards. This role requires 1-3 years of management experience in a quick service restaurant. Department Managers must have open availability (any day, any shift) with a commitment to an average 48-hour work week typically (3) 10-hour shifts and (2) 9-hour shifts.
