Department Manager Trainee - Case Farms, LLC : Job Details

Familiarizing self with the different aspects of the operation over the course of a given time in preparation for a permanent job assignment. Analyze, evaluate, and report on the different areas of operation assigned during the training process. Assuming responsibilities over assigned work areas under the leadership and guidance of the mentor. Champion for company-wide safety programs and initiatives. REQUIREMENTS : Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of poultry operations or transferable skill-sets from other fields. Ability to work with computers, as well as office programs. Leadership ability, community-mindedness, ability to work in team environments. Ability to learn using hands-on experiences as well as mentoring. Management prefers an Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree desirable) from an accredited institution in Business Management, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or other related fields....Department Manager, Manager, Trainee, Operations, Manufacturing
