Department / Program Assistant JobID: 1468Position Type:Secretarial/Clerical/SecretaryDate Posted:1/10/2025Location:TransportationAdditional Information: Show/HideWhat You'll be Doing:* Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Transportation and Maintenance departments* Conveying information regarding the departments functions and procedures* Ensuring compliance of department records with financial, legal and administrative requirements* Coordinating projects and site activities* Monitoring assigned projects and/or program components.What We Offer:* Salary: $24.72 - $28.88 per hour (depending on experience)Job Details:* Working days: 5 days per week* Hours per day: 8* Calendar Days: 260What You'll Need:* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent* Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired. 2-5 years of office administrative experience preferred.* Licenses/Certificates/Registration: CPR/First Aide Certificate* Minimum qualifications: Operating standard office equipment including pertinent software applications, preparing and maintaining accurate records, performing basic bookkeeping, business telephone etiquette, knowledge of office methods and practices, ability to adapt to changing work priorities, communicating with diverse groups, work as part of a team.
