Technical Project Manager - Customer Deployment - Computer Hardware Manufacturing Tools! Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager - Customer Deployment to lead our customer deployment initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and timely deployment of our products to customers, overseeing technical aspects and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customer deployment projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, supply chain, production, and manufacturing to ensure project alignment and success.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts to facilitate smooth deployment processes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.).
- Proven experience in technical project management, specifically in product-based deployments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
- Experience with process improvements and project completion in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, industrial infrastructure or computer hardware manufacturing, data centers, and/or cooling is a huge plus!!
- PMP certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- experience as technical sales, sales engineering and/or project engineering are nice to have.
