  • In-depth knowledge of ACH services and NACHA rules and procedures
  • Process ACH transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Analyze and reconcile detail ACH files to general ledger
  • Perform daily ACH exception functions
  • Assisting customers with ACH questions and trouble shooting
  • Ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations
  • Researching and analyzing ACH activities
  • Assisting with exam, audits and FIDICIA related to ACH
  • Maintaining procedures related to ACH
  • Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility
  • Address customer inquiries and research requests promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Specific day to day functions may vary based on staffing and departmental needs
  • Work closely with BSA, Rick and Compliance
Deposit Services:
  • Perform customer-initiated account closeout requests
  • Accurately process customer transactions received through the mail or online banking
  • Balance teller window daily
  • Verify forms for file maintenance
  • Monitor iBanking secure forms que daily, process requests
  • Back up monitoring/correspond to overdrawn checking accounts
  • Back up for performing bank-initiated account closeouts
  • Back up for reporting to Chex systems and Transworld
Customer File Information (CIF):
  • Review/follow-up on BSA and AML related documentation
  • Provide branch support
  • Review and process Change of Address requests
  • Scan and index supporting documents for remote retrieval and record retention
  • Perform properly requested maintenance on customer profiles and deposit accounts
  • Review account supporting documentation for new or amended accounts (i.e. signature cards, CIP, etc.)
ITM/ATM/EFT
  • Communicate in a professional manner with customers (orally and in writing)
  • Process ATM/Debit Card applications and Card Maintenance
  • Address internal and external customer inquiries and research requests promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Maintain customer cards for travel notifications and temporary limit increases
Compliance
  • Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures, State and Federal laws and regulations
  • Responsible for compliance regulations related to this position and receiving appropriate training including but not
limited to:Annually
  • Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
  • Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
  • USA Patriot Act
  • All other applicable compliance regulations are identified by subject matter experts and are listed in the master compliance training spreadsheet
Other Functions
  • Provide friendly, personalized service to customers
  • May backup other department staff as needed
  • Type, file, stock supplies
  • ensure activities within assigned functional area of responsibility are in compliance with Bank policy and State and Federal Regulations
  • Perform other duties as requested

  • College Graduate
  • Knowledge of ACH and NACHA rules and procedures preferred.
  • Three to six months' cash handling experience, or some comparable combination of education and experience.
Equipment and SoftwareAbility to operate teller terminal, fax machine, photocopier, telephone, calculator, scanner.Physical Qualifications
  • Work within one building primarily with only occasional reason to travel or be outside on business
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or a negligible amount of lifting frequently or constantly to move objects
Other Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Regulations CC, E, Truth-In-Savings, Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act, banking and FDIC regulations, Bank products and services, Bank policies and procedures
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure; to perform the four operations with common decimals and fractions; to perform arithmetic operations involving all American monetary units
  • Ability to perform repetitive work, to continuously perform the same work according to set procedures, sequence or pace
  • Ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely; to present ideas, facts, and technical information
  • Ability to maintain relationships that facilitate task accomplishment; to cooperate and resolve conflicts; to recognize needs and be sensitive to others
