Deposit Operations Specialist I - Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union : Job Details

Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for the position of Deposit Operations Specialist I. Primary Function: perform duties required to verify, balance, image and send adjustment notices for transactions received via mail, ATM, and Mobile Banking. Assist members with ATM inquiries and transaction resolution. Process a variety of tasks to support operations needs such as internal department transaction requests, general ledger reconciliation, dormancy releases, check orders, fees for returned items and document scanning. Responsibilities Receive, open, sort and proof incoming mail and ATM transactions utilizing various mail opening equipment. Examine contents and endorsements to ensure signature requirements and prevent potential fraud. Operate image processing equipment.
