Join a leading bank as a Deposit Operations Analyst and take on a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transaction processes and exceptional customer service. Primary Responsibilities:
- Process maintenance requests for new and existing clients, including personal information and account adjustments.
- Open new client files as needed.
- Review and update W-8 forms to avoid withholding.
- Ensure accuracy of account opening documents.
- Coordinate inquiries and investigations.
- Manage Certificate of Deposit transactions.
- Reconcile general ledgers and account concentrations.
- Investigate unposted items for account corrections.
- Analyze customer requests via 360 CRM and provide solutions.
- Update customer records and verify signatures on requests.
- Handle exception item processing, including NSF and chargebacks.
- Scan and allocate client documents in the imaging system.
- Support audits and regulatory demands.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 5+ years of customer service and banking experience, including knowledge of bank regulations.
- Excellent computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule with potential for overtime.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, spreadsheets, and word processing software is essential.
