Position Summary:The Deputy Chief Information Officer Enterprise Applications (DCIO-EA) leads a collaborative and transparent organization working with executive leadership and department managers to align technology needs, advocate for opportunities to create efficiencies, and proactively adapt technology and processes to support CSCU's strategic business objectives. This role is responsible for budget management, vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and delivery of existing Enterprise Application services, while continuously improving stability, quality, and efficiency across CSCU.
Example of Job Duties:Under the direction of the CSCU Chief Information Officer, the Deputy Chief Information Officer- Enterprise Applications is responsible for effective performance in these essential duties:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of seven (7) years of technology management experience in Higher Education OR a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of equivalent work experience.
Incumbents are required to have demonstrated advanced knowledge and abilities in the following:
Candidates must possess proven ability to effectively work with culturally, linguistically, and ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and students.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum Salary: $165,083 approximate annual plus excellent State of CT medical insurance and related fringe benefits.
