About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Executive Director for its Outpatient Behavioral Health program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the program, including fiscal, clinical, regulatory, and operational aspects. This role involves leading interdisciplinary and departmental collaboration to execute strategic initiatives, overseeing the development and implementation of new programs and services, and ensuring that all services are in line with the program's model, particularly in the areas of crisis services, outpatient mental health, substance use services, and care coordination. The Deputy Executive Director will also be tasked with monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and developing quality assurance and performance improvement plans.Applicants must have a Master's degree and be licensed as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or as a Licensed Psychologist. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership position within a relevant field is required, along with a proven track record of managing the delivery of healthcare or human services at a significant scale. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in compliance and quality assurance, as well as the ability to ensure financial sustainability through effective resource management. Building and maintaining relationships with community partners is also a key aspect of the position. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with the ability to make necessary adjustments to meet the needs of clients and employees.
