Job Description Hi, I'm the direct recruiter for a well-paid Design Management Lead with a successful construction management services firm. Visible 6-year project, M-F, office near you. Salary to $175K or more, paid vacation/sick leave/holidays/benefits, 401(K) match, etc As Design Management Lead with ANE Consulting ( you'll be responsible for confirming the delivery of building design, manage/instruct Design-Build team in collaboration with internal/external design and technical consultants, reporting project progress. HIGHLIGHTS

• Confirm designs/systems comply with project requirements/goals/RFI's/submittals
• Work package deliveries to required scope/quality/schedule/cost
• Design submittals review/presentations/charrettes
• Coordinate design review process; dvaluate design-builder's progress against scope/quality/schedule/cost; implement corrective action as needed
• Design guidance/review integration of the designs relative to other design-build teams/facilities/track technical performance/make technical responses
• Confirm documentation covers work scope & produced to standards/schedule/budget & resolve issues
• Project implementation, identifying key issues/contribute to technical planning
• Review/coordinate/confirm responses to submittals/RFIs/shop drawings/material samples/mock-ups in conformance with design packages/requirements
• Review change order requests/coordinate input/recommendations
• Inspections of work/reports
• Confirm safety protocols observed/enforced

REQUIREMENTS College Degree with 8 years progressive experience/recent years managing construction teams including:

• High-rise construction Design-Build
• Continuous focused learning/skill development, including emerging technologies/tools
• 2-3 days/week NYC construction site trailer/office
• Professional Architectural License a +
• Previous work with New York City agencies preferred
