About the Role:

Seeking a Senior Design Principal to join our NYC studio. In this pivotal role, you will:

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of 5+ designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
• Strategic Impact: Play a key strategic role in new business pursuits, crafting compelling narratives, and delivering innovative design solutions.
• Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring project success.
• Design Excellence: Oversee the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, ensuring high-quality, user-centered outcomes.
• Team Development: Drive design discipline recruitment, evaluate talent, and identify areas for growth and development within the team.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging design trends and technologies, contributing to the evolution of our design practice.
