Exercise sound judgment in recognition of potential design problems. Detects and corrects own errors.Must be customer driven, innovative and quality minded in performance of all assigned duties.Develop and exercise good communication skills.Maintains awareness and adheres to all company safety and security policies and procedures.May be required to travel to various locations to support products or train other personnel.What you will bring:Associates degree or 4+ years of experience using computer aided graphic solutions in lieu of degreeExperience in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, Inventor, or ProEngineerProgramming experience a plusWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office productsMust understand basic principles of designing equipment, drafting, and computer-aided design and apply principles to assigned tasksMust be able to function in a technical engineering team environmentMust have the ability to handle multiple, varied tasks simultaneouslyMust be able to adjust to changing demands, priorities and objectivesCompensation:Base Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
