Job Description:

Role: Deskside Support

Location: Pasadena, CA

· 8 years of experience in providing Deskside support with W10 and W8 support experience

· Flexible to work in any shift Maintain ownership of users issue ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe Softwarenetwork troubleshooting

· Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible

· Good knowledge on Windows OS

· Good knowledge on Microsoft office products

· Requesting and coordinating vendor support

· Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls Knowledge on remote tools

· Software network troubleshooting
