Location: Brea, Ca (On-site, not remote)Job Duties
- Receive Assets
- Delivery/Install Assets
- Tier 1 support for Network/Telephony
- Knowledge of basic switch configuration
- Terminate, dispose of, relocate assets as needed
- Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops, laptops, and other related devices
- Provide technical assistance during install/conversion as requested for in-house and remote users
- Coordinate with next Level support for any open issues and any systems upgrades
- Other duties as assigned and agreed by Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Good communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills to work with customers
- Professionalism
- Enthusiasm
- Demonstrated skills in Deskside Support
- Two Year deskside Level 1-2 support experience preferred which included hardware/software troubleshooting, application installation, etc; and documenting activities (inventory, service tickets, etc)
- Associate or College education preferred.
- A+ certification preferred
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident required
- Required a pre-employment background check and drug screen test
