Location: Brea, Ca (On-site, not remote)Job Duties
  • Receive Assets
  • Delivery/Install Assets
  • Tier 1 support for Network/Telephony
  • Knowledge of basic switch configuration
  • Terminate, dispose of, relocate assets as needed
  • Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops, laptops, and other related devices
  • Provide technical assistance during install/conversion as requested for in-house and remote users
  • Coordinate with next Level support for any open issues and any systems upgrades
  • Other duties as assigned and agreed by Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Good communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills to work with customers
  • Professionalism
  • Enthusiasm
  • Demonstrated skills in Deskside Support
  • Two Year deskside Level 1-2 support experience preferred which included hardware/software troubleshooting, application installation, etc; and documenting activities (inventory, service tickets, etc)
  • Associate or College education preferred.
  • A+ certification preferred
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident required
  • Required a pre-employment background check and drug screen test
