We are looking for resources with Windows 10 deskside support experience. We are not project or IMAC techs without Windows 10 hands on experience .

1.No long commutes

2.Must be sharp professionally, energetic and enthusiastic about customer service

3.We would consider geek squad, staples or retail support candidates that are qualified.

4.Resources must have experience closing deskside tickets

5.Executive Support no longer required but highly desired.

6.Qualified Former military/veteran resources would be fantastic!

7.Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check

50+ Executive users primarily providing Desktop & Printer Support, Deployment, Imaging, and Smart Hands for Infrastructure IMACs

Resource must be comfortable working in a plant environment. Steel toe shoes/hard hat as required.

This role at current is 1 to 2 days remote a week. ..The resource must be on site as needed. Some weeks are 100% on site depending on the need.
