Position: Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Candidate will be expected to spend time at both the Plant and Warehouse in Rifle, CO
Duration: 6-month contract to hire
Day-to-Day:
The warehouse is a small business office with an attached warehouse. The plant is a manufacturing site and will require someone comfortable wearing PPE at times and going from building to building through outdoors. There is no other onsite IT Roles – as such, we need someone self-motivated who is comfortable with their peers and managers working from other locations/time zones.
Must-Haves:
- Driver's license + reliable form of their own transportation (a vehicle that can travel on rural paths/cold climates)
- Minimum 3-6 years of IT experience 3+ years of End-User Experience (EUX) focus area expertise with a comparably sized or larger company.
- Extensive experience with desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity
- Advanced Windows Desktop OS knowledge
- Knowledge of and experience with Active Directory, Network Essentials, Microsoft Office Productivity Applications, PC Setup/Imaging and VoIP/Telephony systems
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) setup, troubleshooting, and configuration skills (iOS and Android)
- Experience supporting Audio and Video conferencing technologies (Zoom, Teams, or similar.)
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of service desk applications and associated operations (ServiceNow or similar preferred)
- Working knowledge of ITIL Service Management
- Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50lbs/23kg, as well as the ability to crawl under desks or climb ladders as needed for IT tasks (installation, maintenance, etc.).
