Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support contractor to join a large retail client in New York City. This contractor will be responsible for helping resolve tickets on the desktop team. They will be troubleshooting level 2 issues, password resets, programs not working, connecting to video conferences and overall windows based issues. They will sit alongside a team of 2, supporting around 30 tickets a day. This role will be onsite five days a week supporting 3 locations in Manhattan daily between 34th street, 25th street and 5th Ave locations. Required Skills & Experience- 3-5 years of experience with Desktop Support- 50/50 Experience with both MAC & Windows- Experience supporting mobile devices both IOS and Android- Experience troubleshooting video conferences- Cisco Webex Support experience- Google Workplace experience- Strong customer service, excellent verbal communication and organized Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Active Directory- Jira for a ticketing system- 10% MAC workJAMF experience Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
