Desktop Support Specialist - Strategic Staffing Solutions : Job Details

We are building a team of Desktop Support Technicians to support our health care customer in Des Moines, IA! Please read all of the following before applying. Please only local candidates to Iowa apply.

W2 only, no c to c

M-F 8-5, on site in Des Moines, IA. No remote.

Interviews this week, start date in 2-3 weeks

Rates up to $26/hr W2

Team may be required to provide after hours and/or occasional weekend support.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years Experience with End User Customer support including issue tracking and follow-up is required.

- Imaging devices

- ServiceNow experience helpful

- Application Roll out

• Technical understanding of Windows 10 required.

• Experience with OS deployments/imaging in the enterprise is required.

• Exceptional organization & communication skills, both verbal and written required.

• Previous IT Service Desk/Field Services experience preferred.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required
