Job Description :
Provides software and network support, training, and troubleshooting in a networked microcomputer environment. Provides support on various applications, including Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, and e. Clinical. Works. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as software support to the Agency, providing technical assistance. Respond to user requests for service and determine the nature and extent of support needed. Provides support or refers to the appropriate staff member. Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots a wide range of software used throughout the Agency. Performs hardware/software upgrades to existing computer equipment as needed. VMware/ Hyper-V administration and maintenance. Respond to end-user software and/or hardware problems for multiple physical locations either in person (mileage is paid for appropriate travel) or virtually/by telephone. Investigate error messages and determine resolution. Reinstall programs or replace files that are causing errors.
