Our client is looking for qualified candidates to work onsite providing desktop support needswith strong customer skills. A+ certification requested but not mandatory. Prefer 3-5years deskside experience. Printer skills are a + Shift: Mon- Fri 8:00am-5:00 pm Location: San Francisco, CA Day-to-day: Position will start 11/11 to assist with a 2 week migration before transitioning into full time on-site Deskside Support. Provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support. Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems and workstations. Manage queue, complete onsite repairs, manage inventory, update calls. Business casual dress code. General IT troubleshooting will likely be asked how to do certain things within the Windows operating system, and Microsoft apps like Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote. A+, Dell and Lexmark certifications preferred Strong customer service skills - personable, empathetic, patient - Will be handing off computers to our internal users Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel May be called upon to recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system Required Qualifications: •Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and (SLA's) •Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer Minimum Requirements: •3+ years plus supporting Desktops, Laptops and Printers. •3+ years plus with customer service experience •Great customer service Preferred, NOT REQUIRED: • CompTIA A+ • OEM Printer Warranty Certifications •OEM Laptop/Desktop Warranty Certifications •Lexmark Printer experience •Server experience would be a bonus For this opportunity, you will also be eligible for benefits through Apex for the contract period, 401K, medical/health benefits options, a W2 hourly rate, weekly pay, and direct deposit!
