A client of Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Support Technician who can report on site 5 days a week and will function as IT support for the office. Responsibilities will include internal deskside support, in-office hardware set up, and the supporting of up to 200 internal employees. You will be joining a team to help support internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues and some conference room set ups. You will be answering a ticketing queue via phone, email, and Sys-Aid. The ideal candidate needs to have good time management skills as they will have to prioritize in-office, deskside support before handling tickets. This position is set up as a 6-month contract to hire.
