Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
- Install and configure software, print drivers, and utilities on workstations and networks.
- Troubleshoot IT issues, including software, hardware, and networking.
- Monitor installed systems to identify and resolve potential problems.
- Provide basic technical support to clients, addressing application issues and diagnosing desktop/laptop software problems.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible work schedule availability.
Preferences:
- 1–3 years of technical experience (preferred).
- Previous experience troubleshooting desktops, printers, and notebook issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong user support skills.
