Job Summary: The Detail Technician at Honda of Casper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all vehicles on the lot and in the showroom. This individual will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by ensuring that every vehicle is spotless and ready for delivery to our valued customers. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a salary range of $14 to $16 per hour. Compensation will be paid on a semi-monthly basis. Responsibilities: - Thoroughly clean and detail all vehicles on the lot and in the showroom according to dealership standards - Utilize various cleaning products and equipment to remove dirt, dust, and stains from both the interior and exterior of vehicles - Vacuum and steam clean carpets and upholstery and polish all surfaces - Ensure all vehicles are properly dried and dressed before being displayed on the lot or showroom - Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and inform managers when supplies are low - Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report them to the Service Manager - Assist with lot organization and maintenance, including moving vehicles as needed - Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with any customer inquiries or concerns related to their vehicle's cleanliness Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a detail technician or in a similar role is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening EEOC Statement: Honda of Casper is an equal opportunity employer.
