FERRARI OF SAN DIEGO SERVICE CENTER is seeking an EXPERIENCED Full-Time Auto Detailer to join our dynamic team! Please note that verifiable BUFFING experience (5+ years) is required for the job. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.Working with Ferrari means working with one of the World's most powerful brands, engineering excellence and innovation on the highest level.Job Purpose:Our Detailers are the soul of our car wash operations. Detailers take care of the little details that delight our customers.Essential Responsibilities•Prepare vehicles to be washed ensuring hard to clean areas are given special attention, including vacuum and finishing.•Perform spot drying ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to the customer.•Deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling vehicles with extreme care.•Promptly report any prior or new damage to a customer's vehicle to managemen.t•Outstanding customer service skills and an outgoing attitude.•A strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a quality service•Ability to work long hours on your feet in fast paced environment.•Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions•Ability to work in physically demanding position that requires frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift.Skills/Education required to perform the role:•High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)•5+ years of applicable experience•Valid Driver's License•Outstanding communication skills•Great attitude with a high-energy personality•Follows directions, processes, policies and procedures•Must exhibit the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment•Must have a strong work ethic and integrity.•Knowledge of the Ferrari brand preferred.As part of the hiring process, please take this quick assessment once you apply:Pay: $23.00 / hour + spiffsIn addition to career-long personal development, our associates enjoy a number of benefits, including:
