We are currently seeking a motivated, detail oriented RV Detailer/Lot Assistant to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. Help us continue to be the Best in the Mid-West!Position:PleasureLand RV Center is currently hiring for a full time RV Detailer who will also be completing Lot Assistant duties as needed. This position provides well rounded customer service by detailing both interior and exterior characteristics of Customers RVs as well as maintaining the lot and assisting the Parts and Service department as needed.Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by detailing both the interior and exterior of customers units as well as applying aftermarket products such as paint sealant and fabric protectants.
• Work with the Parts and Service team to assist with bringing scheduled customer units in and out of the shop.
• Assist with staging units on the lot as well as maintaining the lot.
• Drive company vehicles to pick up, receive, and deliver a variety of parts, equipment, and packages.
• Complete unit deliveries and set up for scheduled customer units.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year detailing experience preferred
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record
• Knowledge and proper use of cleaning agents and their ability to clean vinyl, fabrics and hard surfaced materials
• Comfortable working with various cleaning equipment and machines such as a pressure washer, high speed buffer, carpet extractor
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Detail oriented and organized
• Good communication skills, both verbal and non verbal
• Must be flexible - able to adjust one's schedule to fit the needs of customers
• Able to work independently as well as on a team
• Mechanical aptitude
• Safe working and vehicle operations.
• Knowledge of proper towing procedures and use of necessary trailer equipment.
• Self motivated
