Job Summary:The Developer I will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications that support business operations in the telecommunications industry. This entry-level role focuses on learning and applying foundational programming concepts, debugging code, and contributing to team projects. Key Responsibilities:Software Development and Implementation: - Assist in coding and implementing software applications under the supervision of senior developers.
- Develop simple modules, scripts, and enhancements based on provided specifications.
- Write clean and efficient code using programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
Testing and Debugging: - Participate in unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and issues.
- Collaborate with senior developers and QA teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Documentation and Support: - Maintain technical documentation, including code comments, process workflows, and user guides.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing software applications.
- Provide technical support and updates as needed to resolve performance or security issues.
Collaboration and Learning: - Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and programming practices to enhance personal and team productivity.

Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of professional programming or development experience preferred, including internships or project-based work.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL queries.
- Exposure to development tools (e.g., IDEs, version control systems like Git, and debugging tools).
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
