Developer ILocation: Conway, ARJob Summary:The Developer I will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications that support business operations in the telecommunications industry. This entry-level role focuses on learning and applying foundational programming concepts, debugging code, and contributing to team projects. The ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver with a passion for software development and a willingness to grow their technical skills.Key Responsibilities:Software Development and Implementation:

• Assist in coding and implementing software applications under the supervision of senior developers.
• Develop simple modules, scripts, and enhancements based on provided specifications.
• Write clean and efficient code using programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.

Testing and Debugging:

• Participate in unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and issues.
• Collaborate with senior developers and QA teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Documentation and Support:

• Maintain technical documentation, including code comments, process workflows, and user guides.
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing software applications.
• Provide technical support and updates as needed to resolve performance or security issues.

Collaboration and Learning:

• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and programming practices to enhance personal and team productivity.

Qualifications:
