Donor Database Management and Reporting Maintain donor records and files electronically and physically, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure Donor Management Systems are fully utilized for donor segmentation, automated communication workflows, and real-time tracking of engagement metrics. Process all donations and pledges, preparing acknowledgment letters and tax receipts in a timely manner. Generate detailed fundraising and donor reports, including tracking event sponsorships, matching gifts, and giving trends. Reconcile donor data with the Finance Office monthly and assist in audit preparations. Donor Stewardship and Cultivation Support Assist in creating personalized donor communications, proposals, and follow-ups for cultivation and stewardship. Support the planning and execution of donor appreciation events and initiatives. Prepare donor and media kits for meetings, events, and outreach activities.
