Experience in the Colorado markets preferred.•Able to and enjoys effectively communicating and coordinating with other consultants, agencies, and internal team members.•Capable of making presentations to government agencies and neighborhood groups;•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project is preferred.•Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.•Thrives in a fast paced work environment.•Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.•Strong internet research skills.•Highly organized, resourceful and detail oriented.The estimated starting base salary for this role is $ 75,000-$85,000.Beyond Base Salary:•Twice Yearly Performance-Driven Bonuses•401(K) Profit Sharing Bonus•ThrivePass Health & Wellness Account•Cell Phone StipendAt Galloway our salary range is based on several factors including skills, location, education, credentialing, and experience. Pay is carefully considered for each person to ensure equity for all employees.Recent Awards:•Top Workplace USA 2021, 2022 & 2023•Zweig Group Top Firm to Work For 2020 - 2022•Zweig Group Hot Firm 2021•Denver Post Top Workplace 2018 - 2022•Denver Business Journal Best Place to Work 2019 - 2022Your Day to Day:•Perform specific site development due diligence research, assist with the development of conceptual site plans, coordinate site planning and design activities.•Detailed research in multiple jurisdictions in order to prepare Site Investigation Reports.•Support the DS Team Project Manager in the entitlement and permitting process for land development, projects.•Coordination among internal and external design consultants in order to prepare, submit and track entitlement and permit applications.•Preparation and compilation of comment response letters across multiple disciplines.•Preparation and tracking of project schedules and budgets, and changes in scope of amendments as needed through the life of the project.•Preparation and tracking of client program milestones across a number of projects in multiple jurisdictions.•Identify development constraints that include, but are not limited to, land use issues, utility availability, traffic impacts, easements, title exception documents, development fees, timing issues, project costs, and other development considerations that might affect the project.•In coordination with the Project Manager, serve as the primary liaison between government agencies and the client/team, may represent the client at public hearings, coordinates responses to various agencies, assists in coordination of development agreements and other documents on behalf of the client, and generally represents the client's interests to groups involved in the project.•Coordinate with due diligence subconsultants to obtain proposals. Track contracts, deliverables, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.•Understand client goals and uses effective communication to help coordinate on multiple projects.•Able to track and execute multiple tasks and responsibilities at once.•Maintain project tracking spreadsheet(s). Assist with team coordination meetings to ensure projects stay on track.•Oversee technical and administrative activities for projects with internal disciplines at Galloway.•Utilize Deltek for project setup and budget management.You will love our Full-Spectrum Approach™!
