Base Salary: $200,000 to $210,000+Best-in-class benefits

Job Summary:

*We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual committed to providing exceptional clinical care and advancing resident education in an outpatient-focused role, with minimal inpatient responsibilities.

*Our division evaluates and treats children with a broad spectrum of developmental and behavioral concerns.

Role Responsibilities

* Provide expert clinical care in an outpatient setting.

* Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, audiologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians, to support patients and families.

* Mentor junior faculty and providers to foster team development and clinical excellence.

* Engage in quality improvement initiatives and program development.

Qualifications:

* MD, DO or Foreign equivalent

* BC/BE in Pediatrics

* Fellowship Trained - from an ACGME accredited Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics program

* Unrestricted Medical License - Commonwealth of PA
