Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Architect with expertise in Copado to lead and implement DevOps practices, processes, and tools in Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in CI/CD, cloud platforms, and Copado to manage and optimize development pipelines, enabling seamless deployment and automation. This role will involve collaboration with various teams to integrate and automate Salesforce DevOps processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and best practices in Salesforce delivery and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end DevOps pipelines using Copado to automate the release and deployment of Salesforce applications.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and secure CI/CD solutions for Salesforce environments, ensuring integration with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments across different Salesforce instances and environments.
• Establish best practices for version control, branching, and deployment strategies within Copado, including metadata management and repository organization.
• Define and automate test scripts, build automation, and deployment workflows within Copado for continuous integration and delivery of Salesforce applications.
• Work closely with development teams to implement Copado's quality gates, test automation, and backup strategies, ensuring smooth and error-free deployments.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize performance bottlenecks in the DevOps pipeline and Salesforce environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps teams on Salesforce DevOps, Copado best practices, and cloud-based automation.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing DevOps processes, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all phases of the development pipeline and infrastructure management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps architecture with extensive experience in Salesforce environments.
• Strong expertise with Copado DevOps tools, including pipeline setup, integration, and management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and best practices in Salesforce development.
• Experience with scripting and automation languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce security standards, deployment strategies, and governance.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in Salesforce and Copado.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with other DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience in test automation and monitoring solutions in Salesforce environments.
