- Implement logging and monitoring solutions
- Build CI/CD pipelines for critical enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot issues, streamline code deployment
- Release management & application support
- Documentation of processes and updating documentation with changes
- Anticipate requirements from developers to prepare groundwork for technical breakthroughs
- Study and invest time in learning new and emerging trends and technologies
- Develop an understanding of the insurance industry and products
Experience:
- 2+ years' enterprise engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
- Experience with Python
- Experience with GitHub
- Exposure to the Cloud (i.e., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- A self-starter with great analytical skills
- Experience resolving issues independently and communication findings to senior leadership and business stakeholders
Provided Training:
- Building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins
- Scripting languages (i.e., Bash)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation
- AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, Lambda
- Modern observability/monitoring systems such as ELK, SumoLogic, New Relic etc.
