Job Title: Diagnostic Radiology TechnologistJob Location: IowaType of Facility: Critical Access HospitalLength of Assignment: 13+ weeks with possibility of extensionStart Date: ImmediatelyWork Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMRoles and Responsibilities:- Perform various radiologic procedures including X-ray, CT, and MR (if applicable)- Handle 10+ scans per shift in a busy radiology department- Conduct imaging for ortho (neck to foot), neuro, trauma, and general inpatient requests- Work with local PC referrals and participate in Neuro and Alzheimer's clinical case studies- Collaborate with remote radiologists who read scans through PACS system- Optional on-call rotation (every 4th day) with morning/afternoon off following evening callRequirements:- ARRT certification (Iowa license obtainable within 4 weeks)- CT or MR experience (certification not required)- BLS certification (ACLS and PALS to be provided during orientation)- Ability to work efficiently in a busy radiology department- Experience with Cerner EMR system preferredBarton Healthcare Staffing is excited to work with you!
