• Incoming inspection of tools to print requirements
• Maintain equipment, general PM's clean grease and change wire and wheels, etc. as required
• Maintain proper flow of material through the production area.
• Keep track of all required paperwork
• Responsible for final tool inspections and assembly
• Notify team member of material shortages
• Responsible for housekeeping in work area and follow 5S requirements
• Setup and trouble shoot machine issues
• Be the got to associate for complicated issues for guidance
• Participate in production meetings
• Braze tools as required
• Complies with safety and corporate guidelines on business ethics
• Strong understanding of general equipment and operations
• Ability to lean and comprehend complex machine setups
• Ability to read blueprints and take measurements with calipers and other measuring devices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Lean by example
• Strong understanding of company polices
