- Set, repair and replace tooling when instructed
- Operate Monitor Die Cast Machines
- Maintain tooling and hourly production rates
- Carry out duties as the Die Cast Shift Supervisor specifies
- Monitor the condition of die castings per work instructions
- Relieve die casters for breaks
- Run Trim presses as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Observe all Boyd safety and OSHA guidelines and procedures
- Any other duties as assigned
- Must support and follow the QMS requirement

Ability to communicate with employees on a professional level at all times Knowledge Previous factory experience is preferred. Basic reasoning skills and language skills (ability to read, analyze and interpret general business paperwork). Ability to complete shop paperwork. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions/requests from managers, clients, customers and the general public. Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization. Ability to read and understand the company quality policy.
