**DIESEL MECHANICS NEEDED ASAP IN ALBANY ALL LEVELS**

**CLASS A AND MASTER MECHANICS NEEDED ASAP IN KINGSTON NY**

**We are seeking a few skilled Diesel Truck Fleet Mechanics to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet. (** Primarily working on coach diesel buses.)

**Monday through Friday (Albany), Various shifts.**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in motor coaches and trucks. Service and maintain all types of engines.

+ Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance (PMs) and repairs on diesel engines.

+ Repair and replace brakes, steering, engines, and electrical systems. Fix brakes, hydraulic, and ignition systems

+ Use diagnostic equipment and tools to test and repair vehicles.

+ Maintain detailed records of services and repairs.

+ Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications:**

Minimum 1+ years experience with diesel vehicles. **(** Primarily working on coach diesel buses.) ALL **LEVELS 1+ year and up - Welcome to apply**

+ Own your own tools. Have reliable transportation to get to and from the shop(s)

+ Work independently with minimal supervision

+ Skilled with tools and diagnostic equipment

Must be able to multitask.

Assist parts department in researching and ordering needed parts.

+ The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.

+ A Valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

+ A strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn.

+ The ability to work independently and to also function well within a team.
