The primary purpose of the Dietary Aide is to: assist Dietary Cooks in the preparation and service of meals served to residents and: Assist in the preparation of food in quantities according to the menu, recipe and number of persons to be served; prepares items such as salads, desserts, garnishes, bread and beverages; serves food to residents as directed; and assist in clean up of kitchen areas and equipment
