Responsibilities may include:

• Serving meals for residents based on a planned menu
• Washing dishes after meals and tray prep
• Recording meal temperatures
• Completing daily cleaning assignments per the cleaning schedule
• Recording refrigeration and freezer temperatures
• Preparing supplements and special items for trays
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Dietary Manager
