Dietary Aide - Floral Long Term Care : Job Details

Dietary AideDietary Aide Duties Include:+ Assist in assembling and checking diet trays prior to distribution to ensure all residents receive the proper meals to meet dietary needs.+ Label and date food properly+ Deliver food carts to designated areas as well as collecting food trucks when meals are finished to return to the dish room.+ Work in dish room, wash all dishes//utensils utilizing dish machine.+ Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.+ Ensure kitchen stays clean at all times, sweep/mop floors as instructed.+ Carry out garbageDietary Aide Requirements/Qualifications:+ Must have dietary aide experience (LTC preferred but not required)+ Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, etc...+ Able to follow and understand procedures+ Positive attitude, patience and team mentalitySalary: $18 an hour An Equal Opportunity Employer
