Responsibilities:

* Distributing food and maintaining the dining area in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

* Ensuring that the dining area is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.

* Assist with the meal preparation with salads, desserts, and portioning of food items for residents.

* Places food and food items appropriately on plates to be appealing to residents

* Must follow regulations for proper food handling, safety and sanitation while preparing, serving and during the cleanup of meal service.

NOW HIRING:

Dietary Aides: Full time/Part time

6a-2p, 7a-3p, 4p-7:30p

Qualifications:

* High school diploma

* Must work well with others

* Able to read tickets and assemble meals accordingly

* LTC/SNF experience preferred
