Responsibilities of a Dietary Aide:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary requirements and resident preferences.

• Ensure meals are served in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene practices.

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

• Provide excellent customer service and address any resident concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications of a Dietary Aide:

• Previous experience as a dietary aide, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
